Author Biography
I’m a small-town girl from Maryland who enjoys horseback riding through the countryside, Irish ceili dancing, afternoon tea time, Jane Austen, and writing letters. I’m a novice seamstress learning the ways of weaving together natural fabrics and thread. The process is both an immense joy and a labor of love, as good things often are.
And speaking of joy, writing brings so much joy to my heart! I grew up with an incredible love for animals, which led me to a career as a life scientist and science educator. In 2018, I founded Spirit of Love, an animal-assisted learning and wellness program. Animals always find their way into my stories, bringing an added dose of humor (and undeniable adorableness) to the tale.
I earned my MFA in Creative Writing from SNHU and love writing inspirational fiction and creative nonfiction. I am a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW), the Catholic Writer’s Guild (CWG), and the Faith, Hope, & Love Christian Writers (FHLCW).
I hope to always share Jesus’ love through my words, inspiring readers to find beauty and goodness in the adventures that greet us each day.
